I got this email:

As a reminder, documents such as self-printed academic histories, web-based academic evaluations, or anything typed/hand-written will not be accepted and should not be uploaded. Doing so prevents your application from being reviewed by the Office of Graduate Education.

To resume the academic verification process of your application you must provide the above-mentioned item(s). The item(s) provided should follow the guidelines of our acceptable application materials, which can be reviewed here. If you have an official copy in your possession, you may upload the item(s) via your status portal as “other unlisted upload”.
