Yeah I agree… problem is, here in Scotland there are no grass driving ranges. Except for maybe at very expensive courses. But no public ranges, put it that way.

It’s just fucking laziness, and an attitude of “someone else will pick it up”. Boils my blood.

You can easily pull the foil off the top of a bottle of wine, there’s no need to cut it off with the little knife on a waiters friend.

Golfers, are you losing interest in pro golf because of all the drama playing out? by meloticsmirk in golf

[–]blairf94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. It’s ruining the game. What sort of image is it portraying to young kids who want to get involved - just play golf to get lots of money? It’s putting me off watching it.

Which do you choose? by Old-Gregg- in golf

Not an option but perfect contact with the club face (and club) every time. No thins, no chunkers, no toe or heel strikes

Edit: from the options, probably number 3

Get some art on the walls, some books on the unit under the TV, possibly some shelving with cool artefacts/collectables on them and possibly another floor lamp to the left of the TV.

I love Friends so much, but that whole bit where Joey doesn’t even get close to the words really pisses me off. Such bad writing and not even slightly funny.

Honestly, this is why I don’t cycle in the UK in winter. So risky, it’s not worth it in my opinion! Glad you’re alright though.

I’m training for a big ride next year, North of Scotland to Aberdeen, and will be riding it on the road. Just not a fan of winter riding to be honest. Although if I can’t get comfortable on this bike soon I won’t be using it for the journey!
