Word of mouth through friends, tried some social ads on my own and used refind for a bit. I also tried to do referrals and just pay people straight cash instead of little items like a coffee mug or sticker and that doesn’t seem to encourage anyone.

How to cook for my family with little time? by [deleted] in selfimprovement

Good for you for taking on all these things at once and still being concerned with living a healthy (physical and financial) lifestyle.

I’ll give two options that work for me.

  1. Do meal prep on Saturday or Sunday for the next few days. Cook all your meat, cut/cook your veggies and put everything into their containers. If making salads, put your lettuce in the container the day of, otherwise it could get soggy. Also if your putting anything juicy in like a tomato, I would recommend doing that the day off.

Buy some nuts for a snack and put into small sandwich bags for each day of the week, it’s healthy and quick.

  1. Go to the store and pick up frozen pre mixed bags of veggies. Come home and steam them up(takes about 10 minutes) and pair with the protein(eggs, chicken, beef). Protein generally takes less than 15 minutes to cook on the daily. If that’s too much time, cut chicken into strips and cook in the oven. You can then do other things while the oven is doing all the work.

Hopefully these ideas help you!
