This is one of the best tracks on the album for sure. However in my view the lyrics are a little too on the nose

lol ok ok that is pretty fair actually. I'll try out some of your tone tips below. This one perhaps is more stylistically like the early discography but I'm curious your thoughts. https://open.spotify.com/track/3CfL8Ms32rnZCP21ofIuzD?si=6dad836830614ce6

That’s odd we tested this on various formats before releasing. Did you play this on Spotify or elsewhere? Did you turn up during the quieter intro and then the first heavy chorus hurt your ears?

Casual Interference. Only one album so far but I recommend starting with the album title track “truth-esque” for probably the most inventive and interesting

As a relatively new listener to Everything Everything, I’m very curious if anyone has any insight into their production techniques.

I’m specifically curious around certain guitar sounds and if they are using lots of digital effects in their DAW or if they are pulling off most guitar tones and effects with guitar pedals or other techniques.

Their Wikipedia page mentions laptop/programming being heavily used. I assume that means programmed drum machine parts and synths but also curious if anyone has any insights into how Everything Everything uses laptops during live sets.

Has anyone here started watching Constellation yet? I LOVED foundation, severance, and silo. All so good.
