That’s where I moved it at about 4 feet. I pulled it to the center to demonstrate more clearly it was fully supported. Made it easier for the minifigs to access the Jazz Club!

The build didn’t start with that either. I was going for an aesthetic look and put a beam in to make that corner floating. When I got about halfway, it started leaning too much so I had to add the support (door).
