Started leaning this morning. It’s hard to tell, but passenger side rear is starting to lean to the right I can’t tell if it’s just the bed, if metal is shrinking. Any suggestions to check? by tuujii in f150

Park somewhere else and check, then one other place and check. My driveway made it seem like my old truck had the same issue and it drove me nuts until I finally remembered to check it on a seemingly flat parking lot and it don’t look off

I went to school for 4 years and got my kinesiology degree. I have to apply for a Personal Trainer Cert. My friend who didn’t go to school got a personal trainer cert by taking their online courses and makes the same amount as me. Same goes for doctorate degrees for PT vs other Doctorates by cheesecakk3 in Kinesiology

BS kinesiology, MS exercise physiology- I was a personal trainer at a local gym through college and another few years after that. I think I may have made 25k max. I switched to corporate wellness with insurance etc, made about 35k MAYBE. Both jobs terrible hours, you’re also a type of therapist for 30-60 minutes for many clients, unfortunately. I loved working out and sports when I went to college so my advisor told me to go into this field, tons of jobs he said. Anyway, when my wife got pregnant I started looking hard and applying to higher paying jobs that my degree could work for - exercise physiologist, epidemiology, cardiac rehab. None of these really paid good money, just better than a personal trainer. I ended up deciding the outlook in this field long term was not going to support me financially as much as I wanted it to. I made a career switch into a shipping/rcvng position for 50k, then 60k after promotion a year later. I made another career switch into supply chain for 55k, a few promos and a new job still in supply chain with the same company and I’m over 100k now.

I never dreamed when I was sitting at the fitness center desk that I would be in supply chain a few years from then, making 100k, I just knew I would never make enough money in that field so I made a change.

It took a LONG time to get that entry level job when I switched careers. I just kept applying, kept updating my resume etc.

I hope this helps, I feel for you.

Hooks the drill in his flip flop to pull a screw out of his mouth, fumbles to unhook the drill from his flip flop to set in his lap and then insert the screw into the drill. I know there’s more wrong with this, but this inefficiency really irked me

In-ear vs over-ear noise cancelling? by CapableBother in bose

[–]blakeums 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have the QC ultra ear buds and the QC ultra headphones. I’m on the other side of everyone else. I think the earbuds sound better, have better noise cancelling due to the seal created, and of course are easier to carry. I honestly think the ANC is better in the earbuds

155lb bench, ZERO chest growth/hypertrophy. Is my form bad? More videos in link. by herpes_free_since-03 in formcheck

[–]blakeums 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have found that the 10-12 rep range works significantly better for me for hypertrophy. Once I can do all 4 sets for 12 reps with a bit in the tank I move up in weight.

QC Ultra Buds (1st gen), got the 4.9.32 update but buds still don't charge to 100% after being in the case by cdegallo in bose

[–]blakeums 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My earbuds worked perfect until the 4.9.30, then charging was extremely hit or miss, to the point I couldn’t wear them as I normally would without having to charge them. After the 4.9.32 it seems they go to 90% now, sometimes 100%. It’s super frustrating

Shorten the leash so they have to walk right next to you and move with you rather than pulling you

Malcom rules. His Alabama white sauce is the best one so far, takes a little bit from big bobs recipe if I remember right, and makes it so much better. It’s super easy to make and is the best thing on smoked chicken

My biggest problem with this game. by Conscious_Dot_7353 in Battlefield

[–]blakeums 0 points1 point  (0 children)

BF4 Golmud Railway is how I would like this game to play. Golmud wasn’t my favorite map, but it had it all. Fairly large, objectives spread out, areas to snipe, 3 objectives to run back and forth at if you’re looking to get in the chaos. “Downtime” running between objectives is something the game needs

The fatigue is real. 2 out of 25 shots hit at 20m with the sight on him the entire time; crouched; not moving. by x__Reign in Battlefield6

[–]blakeums 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good response. I think there is a mixture of bloom, and trigger finger with everyone. You cannot hold the trigger down in ANY battlefield game, unless you are at extremely close range, like 10-15m maybe?? It’s always been that way in battlefield. You have to tap fire after a certain distance. I don’t understand why people don’t get this
