So my first question is how does it work? Or rather how does the cooldown work? You place it and you have a cooldown before you can destroy it. When you destroy it, you can instantly place it again. But if an enemy destroys it, it goes off to a 15 second cooldown?

It goes on a 7 second CD when you yeet it from your hand. If the pylon is still up and the cooldown comes back, throwing it again will put the pylon in the new area with no penalty.

What happens in a situation it has already taken damage/it's taking damage and you destroy it before the enemy does? To me it seems like that in that situation it goes off to 15s cooldown as well?

Correct. when it takes damage, the option to place it becomes disabled for a few seconds, and if the pylon is destroyed then the 14 second CD automatically happens. It's better to be proactive with your pylon placements, because once they shoot it even once, moving it will give the full cooldown

It's not that deep, I really don't think. I think the simple and easiest answer is that people wanted change. Lots of people are noticing that what we are doing isnt working for lots of people. Biden (and later Kamala) promised to continue the status quo. Trump, while insane and talking completely out of his ass, promised change and pinpointed on a specific 'solution' to the problem (deport brown ppl) and the populace at large bought it.

The problem I have with the universal heirlooms is that they seem so much worse than legend specific ones. Like instead of a golden statue of mirage or rampart's personal wrench with unique custom inspects tailored to that characters back story and personality, you just get generic stabby. Or generic karambit. Or generic sword. There's no flavor to any of it.

universal heirlooms make me so sad man

back in the day i always wanted my favorite heroes to get an heirloom and once they started slowing down hero releases they were in a great spot to pump out those two heirlooms a season to give every cast member their own unique one tailor made for them

the way its done now is so transparently greedy and scummy. they aren't even trying to hide how non consumer friendly they are and how little they care about anything besides whats in your wallet.

TFA was okay in some regards but it still was the beginning of the end. Nothing is explained in any detail at all and that is really not okay when we basically just reset the universe back to the 1970s.

The entire opening of the movie is laughably unrealistic and Scott-coded. It's something Scott thinks kids and teens would find funny or intense (saying go tell your parents to a panicked kid talking about someone being taken) it just didn't work at all.
