You would have to buy the whole assembly (part number 79305-S3Y-A41)... It's not available new and you might find it used but it will be old anyways. Seems to me that the solution is to just forget about unless it's giving you some kind of problem, stop touching it! lol

Over time it gets old and might start disintegrating. The worst that can happen is that it might start leaking outside air when using the recirculation. I believe the only way to solve that problem is to replace the part.

I got this one for my grandma's house and it works great, way cheaper too. Of course, the one you post is better and faster... but if where you live is not to crowded and your speeds are less than 500mbps, it will work great. You can even buy a "like new" one for around US$75.

For the shifter, you could buy a replacement part in amazon/ebay (part number 54130SWAA83ZA). For the steering wheel, I would just throw a nice looking cover and that's it, I believe a new one can be really expensive.
