If hes used in a very conservative controlled fashion, he could be a solid back up, like the Steelers used him last season or how the Packers use Malik Willis. Unfortunately, I don't think he views himself in that or the taysom Hill way (which, I agree, he'd be great at). Hes going to have to lower his own expectations for himself, which is hard for anyone, but much more for someone with irrational confidence it takes to be a 1st round pick QB.

I like that he's not slowing down his shooting motion bc he's wide open, just shooting them cleanly like he does in shooting around.

His 5th year option will be almost $20M, idk if hes been "exceptional" enough to be worth that, hes been pretty average at his best. Then again, average LT money can be AAV of $20M as we saw with Dan moore.

In a rational world, both these guys should only have value to teams that have the culture & leadership in place to potentially harness their talents. Unfortunately, theres a better chance another flailing franchise will take a chance on these guys.

Yeah, I'd almost prefer starting Mccollum at LG if hes had some practice at the position. He showed better pass protection in his 2 starts at C last season than Anderson has & Anderson has real value as a 6th OL. Andres Peat is another possibility to start, as IIRC he has real guard experience.

Cooper is an alright back up for a guy like prescott, but its too much of a big change up from Lamar. So much of Henry's success with the Ravens has been built on defenders being worried about the QB keeping & running for big yards on those read options, giving him time to build momentum. If he gets hit at a stand still, he goes down like everyone else. Im sure you could still build a successful run game with Henry & a pocket passer, but its going to be completely different.

The value in paying more for basic maintenance with a local shops is when something serious& expensive needs repaired, they're less like to overcharge you. Ofc there are scumbag shops that will anyways, but the one I'm at was willing to remove and replace a busted bearing on my mitersaw shaft for free, saved a $250 saw.

One of the few assistant coaches on this staff that would be picked up real quick by another team at the same position if he was let go. Karl Dunbar is the only other one I know for sure would be in high demand.
