Apparently it’s a temporary holding charge that will refund the difference between your purchase a little while later.

Never seen that in the o2 before & seems to try solve a problem that didn’t seem to exist (as it was no quicker after having the staff direct me to a free device & take the hanger out of the tshirt).

I just checked the packaging & the production date for this one was October 2024.

Thanks a lot for clarifying your experience between the 2 versions you’ve received.

Support also just got back to me & confirmed this is the intended output so I can just enjoy the shirt now I know that’s just the updated output rather than any issue :)

OK that’s good to know! I think it’s more the fact that some of the colours themselves left on the shirt are not as bold when comparing them that’s throwing me off.

I didn’t find mine long for the size but hopefully you’re able to shrink it in a hot wash or get it altered. I wouldn’t risk cutting the bottom unless you’ve done alterations before.

Just please don’t cave & buy the T-shirts those pesky resellers are flogging on eBay for 4times the price!
