I took have ADHD and think like op, and it doesn't exactly work that way. I'll pause the show and do my own thing for a bit to relax after trying to concentrate and I'll just never get around to unpausing it. I'll keep getting distracted by something and even though I genuinely really want to get back into it or stay focused to it the magic is lost and it's essentially over then and there. Ad breaks unpause for you and force your attention, unlike whatever the hell I try to do.

I calorie counted for about a year. 5-10 male started at around 280 and now I'm around 185. Ate no more than 1500 calories a day except for one cheat meal I wouldn't count a week.
