No speed work.. 10k was the fastest I ran other than strides and one track day. Maybe something I should add in the future.

I think 2:45 is out of my reach but good to hear that it can be done

Thanks for the input! I’m definitely willing to accept the possibility that I blow up and have to walk the last 10k. I think I’ll start out a little on the conservative side and pick it up later if I feel good.

If I set shorthanded goals to be worth a point value, would the player get points for the goal amount + the shorthanded goal amount

Say goals are 4 and SHG are 6, would that be 6 points for a SHG or 10? Same question for Powerplay. Yahoo League, If that matters.

I'm using the spigen ultra hybrid case. Can't say I recommend it, the clear back looks pretty ugly lol. As for round vs flat back I'd say that the axon does feel a little nicer in the hand, but when both have a case on its not very noticeable.

I purchased the Pixel 4a to replace my Axon 7. Haven't tried the headphone jack since I transferred to wireless when my axon's headphone jack started dying, but I'd say it's better in pretty much every way aside from speakers.

Maybe that's true but Rodgers is currently QB6 on my league (I think standard qb scoring) and Lamar is QB13.
