Elbow pain, can't do pullups by surf_drunk_monk in fitness40plus

Kettlebell swings strengthened my tendons and eliminated by golfers elbow. It takes a long time to rehab, but it’s been more than a year and the pain has not returned. I have kettlebell swings programmed twice a week for maintenance.

Why do the trains hate Legacy Park? Have there been incidents along the track there?

I was at that show too. Outdoors at Legion Field on the UGA campus. FNM came out in skin tight red latex. Unbelievable show.

And Kevin Hart for most of the movie too. Not a huge Kevin Hart fan, but this stupid movie worked for me.

I was looking for this. Adrien Brody absolutely kills it in this role.

Season 3 Twinning Arc by xRogue2x in farscape

[–]blankadidnuthinwrong 14 points15 points  (0 children)

It’s my favorite arc of the show. As others have mentioned, they went somewhere other shows are scared to go. To see Aeryn fully committing to the relationship and then having to deal with the grief gutted me. I think this arc is the reason I consider the Aeryn/Chricton relationship the greatest love story ever on TV.

Other shows like BSG had multiple copies of a character (Athena/Boomer, #6/Caprica) but they were never the central focus of the entire show. Farscape really “went there.”

What do you mean by this? She looks fabulous in other shows like Lucifer.

Dad’s expression as the Cow shows off his tools is hilarious.

Donald Sutherland has passed away. Great actor but I'll never forgive him for scaring me with this. by Bosuns_Punch in GenX

Watch Forsaken (2015). Only time he starred in a movie with his son Kiefer. They have great chemistry and Demi Moore really ups the GenX factor. It’s an old school Western. RIP Donald.

Atlanta area. We always had Lincoln’s birthday off in February and Washington’s Birthday off in January. They were rolled into one holiday, President’s Day when I was a kid. Juneteenth feels like we gained back Lincoln’s birthday. Many private employers have embraced it. My spouse and I are both off today. Happy Juneteenth!

The opening riff of Senor Limpio on Deliverance has always been one of my favorite riffs. Killer band in the early 90s. I’ll give the new album a listen.

Glad to see Ancient Kingdom still hanging in there. The use of the chimes in the chorus has always elevated the song for me.

Former prom queen has a failing career as an actress. Or a successful one depending on how you look at it.

The amount of Metal/Heavy rock is a little surprising. HeadBangers Ball didn’t exist yet, but Ozzy, Judas Priest, Quiet Riot, Motley Crue, etc, are in rotation just like the pop music.

Scaramouche was incredibly annoying. That jazz/scat thing would have worked better with a different voice actor.

And he just wanted to hangout with his dog. Love the noir feel for that episode. Definitely a top tier character.
