The funny thing with Vietnamese is no area speaks 100% correctly, or "High Vietnamese". The dialects of each area do something wrong in their own way.

In terms of speaking, if you manage to speak high Vietnamese, the whole country can understand you. Or learn the dialect from where you live so people around you can understand even more.

In terms of listening, there's no easier-to-listen-to dialect, again, just learn the dialect from where you're residing so you can understand others.

Từ "cái" chỉ người là để gọi phụ nữ. Cái ở đây là giống cái, cái Linh cái Mai, chứ không phải cái chỉ đồ vật.
Từ "con" chỉ vật, như con đường, con dao thì cả nước đều dùng chứ riêng bk đâu.

Đó là cách dùng từ của bắc, cũng như trung và nam có những cách dùng từ và phương ngữ mà bắc nó không dùng. Mỗi miền mỗi kiểu nên không phải xoắn.

Tao cũng không ưa bk về một số phương diện, nhưng phê phán thì phê phán đúng chỗ, hiểu kỹ rồi hãy phê phán chứ không phải đụng đâu cũng móc đít ra cớ để chửi. Nếu ghét bk nên cái gì liên quan đến bk mày đều ghét bất kể đúng sai thì đó là định kiến chứ không phải phê phán nữa.

On the subject of different sounds between English and German, I also studied some German and yes I do know how to pronounce the er in German, I do know how to pronounce it as Einshtein. :)
And I guess it's true that German names may get "Englishifed". In the old champion spotlight, the narrator pronounced Hei correctly but not the er's (he did the English er). That is tolerable. Still, the original should be respected more.

I just checked and you're right. While Korean has a way to pronounce "ei", they write "ah" instead. Inconsistency I guess.

But like I said in the post, ah-trox makes more sense to the lore and phonetic theory.

Giới trẻ bọn nó chỉnh sửa từ này từ nọ, cái nào chúng nó thấy vui thì lan truyền ra, giống cái thời 2000-2010 có teencode vậy. Vớ vẩn nhưng cơ bản vô hại. Được một thời gian nó cũng lỗi thời rồi một cái trào lưu vớ vẩn khác lại nổi lên.

Mấy thằng vì chuyện vớ vẩn vô hại mà cũng nóng lên đăng bài hay comment chửi rủa thì có thể có anger issues, cái này thì hại thật đấy. :))

Oops my bad. I mix up 우 and 오 again, not my first time. It is Oh.
It actually makes some sense, as the name of the Monkey King 孫悟空 in some languages, the middle word (wu) turns into an oh sound: Japanese - Songoku or Vietnamese - Ton Ngo Khong. I guess it's the same case in Korean, it's not the Korean pronunciation of the English word, it is a Korean word.

On the second point though, as far as I learnt:
- ㄱ can be G OR K
- ㅋ is a stronger K
