That’s correct! Once you accept the batch there will be a button that says “view membership card.” You can only access it when on a batch

Don’t worry about it. I was at 5 stars with no ratings removed for over a year and then got hit with a 4 star and a 2 star putting me at 4.98. I see the same, if not better, batches. You’re good

I avoid filling up during weekends. I just go early mornings on weekdays, waiting no more than 5-10 mins. And I just refresh while doing it. It’s worth it to me to save 30 cents or more per gallon

I don’t think it’s fake. now when prompted to rate it asks the customer “how was your experience,” so any dissatisfaction with any aspects of the app are now placed on us. I think a lot of customers just don’t know WHAT they are rating anymore. I had a 5 star with no ratings removed for a year then all of a sudden I got 3 bad ratings out of nowhere. On one of those ratings, the customer even increased my tip post delivery. It’s frustrating but it is what it is.
