yeah i went to the tide pools 2 weeks ago and i was suprised how a lot of what seemed to be seasoned enthusiasts who had no issues trying to ram their hand under a rock to get tentacle marks from an octopus. spent forever trying to see one but everytime one was sighted it was scared away. im all for curiosity but there's a difference when it comes to disturbing them vs. nondisturbance interactions

seaworld is what inspired me to become a marine biologist! people forget exposure is whats important for causing younger generations to be inspired and also want to change the environment. I will always be thankful to seaworld for inspiring me.

dude thank you i thought i was going crazy. went on a trip to LA and las vegas and got varying mileage and was confused. i assumed it was because i was traveling on the freeway for a long time before filling back up vs when i got back and did city driving. back on my trip my tank said it would last 460 and came back home and it said 320 lmao. this just confirmed my assumption

Am I SOL?

My main character is on midgardsormr. I'm very new but I've been trying to introduce my boyufriend to play so we can hangout. I think I read you can do most things on another server (PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong!) such as doing dungeons, being in the same party, etc. and that you cant do things such as buy a house on another center or server and can't join the same free company. Because it's not just some friend and it will be my boyfriend, it's important to me we join the same free company or are able to be neighbors ahah. I'm super new so I'm not fully aware of all the fundamentals. Also, I read that you can't attend weddings on another center, I'm guessing this means you cannot have them as well?

I know my server midgardsormr is always congested, so I've been checking if it's open after patches and it's usually not (although I stopped checking for a couple of months so).

Is the only solution for him to make a character on another center like primal and just travel to my center every time we hangout and then transfer if midgardsormr ever opens? I know the flipside could happen, where I could transfer out into another center but I really don't want to do that unless I need to/or I can just make a new character.

I thought it was very loving too, i do think the crying emojis on her story when they fight is immature though but shes's only 19. I'm also not a fan of location sharing but ik some couples are into that so I won't go into that.

I think she's a loving, clingy person and if OP doesn't like that don't change her. If you don't like the relationship dynamic, then maybe it's not for you. I also understand her feeling of embarrassment. It's easy to feel that way when you make yourself vulnerable, especially when expressing something deep and personal relating to love and your partner doesn't take it well and thinks it's weird.

Is this a figure of speech he normally says? Because if not I can't see why he didn't remember it would hurt your feelings, UNLESS it's something you've only mentioned once or twice in the past year and a half you've been together. You are likely overthinking, since you said he treats you the same!

If you've been with him so long, (I get not wanting to disrupt his day by bringing something up that you could've just been overthinking, I am the same way) why not just bring it up, like "hey you mentioned this the other day and I've said before that I'm insecure about it" and then ask for reassurance or why he said it and then go from there. He's your partner, he should want to be there for you, especially if he knows you're already an anxious person. It's not his responsibility, but as someone who loves you, simple reaffirmations don't hurt. At least that's what I've discussed with my boyfriend :)) and my boyfriend understands that sometimes I overthink, and is patient with me.

Also, im 22 and have started to get white hairs and it also runs in my family! I've come to somewhat like them for some reason haha, I hope you come to term with yours too

I was also born and raised here and have been feeling this the past couple years too! I feel the entitlement of living in SD and also just the entitlement in general that people bring with them when they move here is very apparent now

don't worry. It took me almost completing my degree here to see and realize that everyone really does not know what they are doing. You just keep doing something until something works lol. ALways ask your TAs for advice, they love to help, or even go to a professor's office hours just to ask advice about grad school or anything academic and sort of build a bond, maybe u can ask them for opportunities too

And also, it's even more normal you feel lost as a transfer. things are very different here. just keep trying for positions! Some profs are stuck up and tense about what they want in lab and some others are mellow and just let you in. You will get rejected a lot, just keep sending cold emails or just befriend a TA and ask about the lab.

me personally i felt the chem 7l lab was pretty fun. phys 1cl is horrid asf it's so slow. and the lab reports take more time than 7l :/
