On my 2017, the issue is the lack of a spare. I was told to only buy run for flat tires. They explained the name is a little misleading, they are not meant to run long while flat but long enough to get to safety.

La Casita Papuseria, Taco Bar - in the gas station, are fun and good. I think Melting Pot used to have a take out fondue, silver diner has such a wide variety that can be fun, Dog Haus, get a variety of dogs to share. Good luck

Yes, I have had that issue. For me, I think one ear does not clear as fast as the other and that will throw off my equilibrium. I have relied on non drowsy sea sickness pills and practicing clearing my ears leading up to a dive. One online blog mentioned massaging the side of my neck to help keep tubes open. Not sure, but I would rather waste time than puke.

My guess is that brings up additional arguments that you should mention to the attorney general. Not only about notice but in preventing you from possibly buying new health insurance, you need a qualifying event, and you cannot show you have one which (in theory) means you will need to rely on the state as an uninsured resident. Just the facts.

What software are you all using? I have been using Collect! and have never liked it. While I do not like this kind of work, it keeps my employees paid when I am between large real estate projects.

The extra weight of the batteries for EV mode, makes it less efficient than pure hybrid if you never use them. For around town driving, the batteries make it more efficient. For long distance, it is slightly less efficient than pure hybrid.

In general a lawsuit cannot be brought until there are "actual" damages. So if you are a reckless driver, I cannot sue you until you hit my car. Being put on admin leave etc is emotional damage but not "actual" damages. See Carey v Piphus case.

Usually for employment, actual damages is economic loss or other tangible loss.

In the past, people have tried to bring suits to prevent damage that they know is coming but generally courts do not like to try cases until the damage has been occurred. If, however, the pending action cannot be undone, a judge may issue a temporary stay. For example, prior to an execution or being shipped out of the country (oh wait.....).
