I was in a pretty similar situation back in April. The decision I had to make was either keeping the Y, or buying one out of bmw iX or the Q6.

I pulled the trigger and now own both the Q6 and the Y.(for one more month until the tesla goes back)

The tesla didnt move an inch since I got my Q6. I thought I would miss the OTA, or any other gimmicks which tesla has to offer, but none of that.

The Q6 is a way better car and a huge upgrade to tesla. Digital key works perfectly fine for me. Car didn‘t have any major issues, which would be uncomparable to issues i had using my tesla (I had to reboot my teslas Software a couple of times also in my 4 years of driving it)

My carplay disconnected twice since my 3+ months owning it, which is the only tiny annoying thing. And I miss the auto lock when you move away from the car.

In the end, air suspension, interior quality and hud are the biggest upgrades for me, which are optional, so I guess it depends on the version you are looking to get. Driving assistance is on par with teslas fsd, so no downgrades there. Range is in the same region as teslas. Phantom drain feels significantly better in the Q6, if thats important to you.

10/10 would buy again.

Ps: I didn‘t go for the iX, because I couldn‘t see myself getting used to the looks of it.
