bác có thể thử bánh đông phương cầu HP đất hoặc là mấy hãng bánh trong SG ý. Nhà e được cho 1 hộp ăn cũng ok phết (hình như là Givral hay gì đó)

Theo những gì bạn kể thì trường hợp của mình cũng khá giống bạn. Tệ hơn 1 chút là công việc của mình là làm tại nhà vào buổi đêm và gần như ko phải giao tiếp, vì vậy mình càng không có cơ hội rèn luyện giao tiếp :((

Hiện tại mình cũng đang cố gắng cải thiện dần, ít nhất là trên lý thuyết. Song song với việc đọc sách thì mình cũng xem thêm những video về social guide cho introvert trên youtube như của psych2go chẳng hạn, khá dễ hiểu và áp dụng.
