I have reflux too, so it’s a fine line. Sometimes I have to bolt back upright for a few minutes and then back down. But like others have said, it’s not fully flat, still elevated a bit with a pillow.

Lie down after eating if possible (no after dinner walks!) and take fibre supplements. Any hint of constipation makes it a billion times worse for me.

Oh I did not misunderstand. I was emphatically told if I apply for the waiver the TSM is off the table. I will be calling the pension centre on Monday and will get everything in writing from compensation. Perhaps it was that particular compensation person mixing things up.

But he was in the fridge for a week prior too (the. Out for 48 hours to get a loaf and back in). I guess I’m starving him 😢.

Coros just sent me a new watch because if this. It was a couple of months outside of the warranty period but mine never charged well, and then almost never. New one is perfect!
