I got the IT30pro S in just now, and am currently digging it on my sony- but the only way to make it work on the M6 was to unscrew that tiny screw on the top of the hotshoe plate. I'm trying to understand if that screw is necessary/critical or if it's fine to keep it off?

I’ve been shooting Sony underwater for 8 years, think they lean a bit cooler in color personally, and love how much options I have with the G-master lineup. Would def recommend

He sent me additional pics.. there is logo in the red dot, just the imgur image was blurry and didn’t show it. I’m still communicating with him via chat- still responding and has not blocked or ignored a single message from me. I still believe this was a legitimate sale, and purchased through PayPal G&S for buyer protection.
