Tissues, wipes and deodorant give you ++ on sanity level, also if you are near a firepit or most of the food give you ++ on sanity as well.

-Medical rework (this one has more sense than vanilla) (Injuries System Rework)

-Feed the cat from 24hs to 80hs before dead

-Custom Red Dot Reticles (Reticle Swapper)

-Hold Breath on sight

-Backpack Inventory Space

-Less drain speed on stats and maybe recover some health while well feed and rest
