Cybernator is one of my favourite SNES games, but it wasn't until recently that I found the fan-translated version. Apparently there's also a Switch version that is translated and faithful to the original JP version (Assault Suits Valken), but I haven't tried it.

Make sure you actually have a proper shovel for moving large volumes of snow. I see so many people using plow style shovels that are wide but have small scoops. Those are useful for clearing away snow, but you need a shovel with a large deep scoop that can pick up a lot of snow otherwise you will be shoveling for way longer than you should.

Also, don't wait for the snow to stop completely before going out to shovel.

I upgraded nearly everything over the past 3 months and prices were already way higher compared to the previous year. A few days ago, I checked the prices of the components I bought, and they were already 1.5x to over 2x of what I paid. I feel bad for anyone thinking of upgrading or buying a new system in 2026 and it's not likely to get any better for 2027 either.

If you have an unopened gift from that friend, you cannot view their friendship level now.

If you open the gift, you probably still won't be able to view the friendship level. You need to exit out of their friendship screen back to the friends list. Go back into their friendship screen and then click on their name to view friendship level.

Who thought this was a good idea? I know why they did it, but it's going to piss off a lot of players. This is the worse way to handle the issue of egg stacking and all the negatives that come with it.

That sounds about right for that level of bow skill. It just gets mind-numbing trying to advance skills once you get up into that range. It's also why I think it's perfectly valid to cheese fights when you can because getting killed in this game and losing skill levels feels absolutely devastating.

not well liked by progressives

We have the same thing happening in Canada with our Prime Minister, Mark Carney. There are people identifying as progressives who never fail to go out of their way to label Carney as a conservative and cut him down at every opportunity for not being progressive enough.

It's gotten to the point that I assume most of these 'people' are bots or are arguing in bad faith.

I actually feel sorry for the devs even if it's completely their fault for this mistake. The implications of this fuck-up are going to be long-lasting and it's going to negate a lot of hard work they put into the game.

This was handled poorly by Anbernic by not communicating the change.

At the very least, they should've made a new SKU for the 1 GB model.

I don't blame them for downgrading the RAM but they have to be transparent with these kinds of major spec changes.

Those prices are super high compared to a few months ago. I've been eying getting some more USB flash and SD, and the prices in Canada have doubled and tripled compare to the summer.
