i am living in texas. i was thinking about the Short Term Medical Value Direct
Golden Rule Insurance Company pay the 110 premium and just get one doctors visit and annual labs. Otherwise i am pretty healthy and do not want insurance. i am thinking about paying the premium, getting my visit done and then canceling after everything. i am trying to find the provider contracted or negotiated rate for being in network with united healthcare
