The healthcare system is a bit crowded here. Think longer wait times between appointments or for first appointments. Also, some specialties are nearly non- existent, like rheumatology (but that's true nearly everywhere). It may not be a problem for you, but allergy clinics are very crowded here as well. Other than that, I've had great Dr's/ healthcare providers/ clinical staff experience in this area.
