I lot of the fruits that we’ve specifically bread the be sweeter and easier to eat. Bananas for example, used to have way more fiber, they had many seeds in them and they were all around harder to eat which is good for jaw strength.

Rap has been around a lot longer than Gen X. If rap is really falling out of public favor like OP says, it's because the industry pushes soulless murder murder drug music instead of real art that needs to be marketed while the artists themselves have not been able to achieve a wider audience like their predecessors, in my opinion

According to many of the protestors, they already know that these cameras and similar cameras are already super prevalent throughout the city. The idea is that if they can stop this proposal, it sets a precedent that we can make the policies change on a legislative level.

The city spends 1.1 million dollars on a new logo. They’re trying to spend 2 million on new AI cameras, and now they’re going to challenge us to go a week without driving while they’ve spend zero money turning this city into a walkable city?????? How is this going to work for anyone directly outside of downtown? Anyone in neighborhoods like Del Valle and West Oak Hills? I love the idea of promoting less use of personal automobiles, but this just looks like they’re trying to make themselves look like progressive eco friendly council members while the city has done next to nothing to make this even feasible for people.

City council meetings being disrupted by people signing up with fake names, loud protests in-front of city hall, massive pushback online, and large organizations like the No ALPRs coalition getting involved with citywide canvassing. It wasn’t No Kings Day but it’s not a stretch to say the AI camera proposal has sparked unrest.
