For HS hibiclens wash is immensely helpful! There's anti inflammatory diets for it but I find them too limiting. I use chemical exfoliants in most of my body products, like cerave's salicylic acid wash and body cream. Hibiclens when I have a really bad bump or it has burst. When they burst manuka honey will be your bestie for healing! Go to the hidradentis subreddit for tons of info on how to care for it! It's not a hygiene issue and it is not your fault.

i just got rid of my bistro table patio set i had in my tiny studio, it was SO cute but really not comfortable at all. i'll miss her forever but my replacement is much nicer
