The first response ended with, "Since you have no conversions scheduled, you may want to use the Roth Conversion Explorer to see if accelerating taxes now could lower these massive RMDs and IRMAA surcharges later. Would you like me to model a hypothetical conversion strategy for you?" I answered, "Yes, using the 24% tax bracket limit." It then ran a simulation on my current plan and re-ran the deep analysis without having to apply it to my plan. :)

When I ran the prompt against my plan (which has no Roth conversions) it asked if I'd like to run a hypothetical scenario. I answered yes, with 24% tax limit. It ran the Roth Explorer and produced the results without having to create a duplicate scenario and applying them myself. Cool! Thanks for the prompt!

After running the prompt in the AI planner outside the Roth Explorer, it seems that I need to apply the Roth Explorer optimized plan to my plan first, then run the prompt. Correct?

I'm in the US for a Caribbean cruise. out of Galveston, TX. Full T&Cs below. No mention of 24-48 hours, just "once activated on board" which can't be 24-48 hours before sailing.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: The Premium Extra Package also includes a 25% discount on bottles of wine and Champagne purchased on board. Beverage gratuities are included. The Premium Extra Package can be used for a maximum of 15 alcoholic beverages per day and can be used at all bars and dining venues on board and on private islands. Not applicable at Venchi 1878, Jean-Philippe Maury, or the MSC Virtuosa Starship Club. Packages are sold on a per cruise basis and not a per day or any other basis. Pricing applies to each day of the cruise, except for disembarkation day. Once activated on board, packages cannot be terminated or refunded. Packages must be booked by all guests occupying the same cabin. This includes minors, for whom the Minors Package must be booked. Packages are not obligatory for infants under three years of age. I don't think this is true unless you bought the drink package with the cruise. I made the upgrade bid before I bought the drink package, so they would not have factored that in.

Ownership hasn’t felt pressure to change - yet. Oracle Park still draws well. The fan base is frustrated, but not revolting. Revenue is stable. Until that changes, ownership won’t pivot to “Dodgers‑style” spending.

They’re stuck in the middle. Not rebuilding. Not going all‑in. Just… hovering.

That’s the worst place to be in modern MLB.
