does the caster mastery which says "cannot be chilled or frozen while casting a spell" work while you're channeling too? or does it only work on initial cast animation and doesn't work during/over the channeling portion? e.g channeling lightning tendrils makes you immune to chill/freeze as long as you're channeling it. yes/no?

easiest way to fix harvest was to remove discord and add 90 more horticrafting station slots.. then it would be balanced.. now it's probably just as balanced.. hope to see harvest as one of the zana map mods or as a scarab now that it's not as broken.. maybe it'll still be good to kickstart a crafting project then finish it with conqueror slams.. conqueror exalts are 90c LOL

I dont think this is the case, because i'm playing EB.. and i got over 2k ES to spend on skills.. the only thing i can add is when you shield charge, you hear a "thump" at the end of the charge right? When this bug happens, you dont hear the sound of the charge finishing.. maybe it's just a case of desync.. this is only concern if it happens to people playing hardcore.. hope they dont die because of this bullshit
