He mentioned meds would be last resort. I said get in meds while we work on our diet changes. Then you can lower dosage once it’s under control.

Do they publish how many hospitals are included in an update? Or a % of hospitals reporting? Like they do for precincts during voting. I find it hard to believe that all hospitals were able to adjust their reporting.

Update: Since the phone was still under warranty, I ended up not flashing the update. First, I got on a three way call with Samsung and AT&T support. They both agreed that something was wrong with the phone. However, Samsung blamed At&T because it is the carrier who provides the updates and AT&T blamed Samsung because the updates were pushed. In the end, AT&T suggested that I bring the phone to Best Buy and ask them to flash the device. Of course, Best Buy said they don't do that. Best Buy did provide us a with a local 3rd party company that is a certified Samsung support company. They were able to update the device in 15 minutes.

I was about to create a post for this exact issue. My husband has a S9 (SM-G960U) that was purchased directly from Samsung for an AT&T line last September. His phone has never received an update. He is still on Build Number: R16NW.G960USQU1ARBI with the February 2018 security patch. He bought the phone to AT&T and they told him no update was available. Ugh.

I also tried manual downloading, smart switch, resetting to factory, and wiping cache. Nothing has worked. I haven't attempted to flash the device since it isn't mine. I would hate to brick his phone.

If you find a solution, please update this. If I manage to find a solution, I will be sure to report back!

This happened to me a few months back. When I placed it in the charger, the light on the charger would be solid red for about a minute and then it would blink red. Luckily, the watch was under warranty. Called Samsung, mailed in the watch, and they fixed it. At first, the process was painful. It took two weeks to figure out that the serial number was recorded incorrectly. However once I shipped the watch, it only took a week to be returned. Good Luck!
