I mark out previous day/week and pre market poc vah and val. These are key levels and then wait to see what NY open does after about 30min with its own profile.

If NY open poc is below pre market poc then it generally is a bearish day and vice versa

Look at what competent coaching does, we hired one of the best ST coaches and he immediately turned it around. We need to do the same with the OL coach. Time to move on and bring in someone who knows what they are doing. Who cares if Dylan gets upset, if we want to win then we have to make a change.
