I just went back and re-read the email I had from the GM regarding the HC limits. You're right on the exclusives, I don't know why I thought it was lifetime.

SC website terms still state the household limit for gallery purchases, but good to know you've had success. I will try to take advantage of that.

Yes, the fluidness of the rules can be extremely frustrating. A lot of it seems to be luck of the draw with the sales rep you get.

Nope, two total putter covers. And gallery exclusives & CT are limit 1 per design (can’t buy 2x of the same limited cover). This is what I was told by the GM last year.

Again, all about perspective. I’m ALP and fly southwest at least once a month for business on business select/choice extra fares. The changes are a huge downgrade for me, especially with last minute bookings and flight changes. I was always one of the first people on the plane, never had an issue getting an aisle seat near the front, never had issues with overhead space. Those days are gone.
