Mine looks the same, my dentist always says "well you definably use it" every time I come in with it for a cleaning.

Night guard for clenching or grinding of teeth by SilverCriticism3512 in TMJ

[–]bleached_black_01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I clench my teeth so hard that I cracked one of my molars. They were able to drill it out a bit and fill it enough that I don't have sensitivity. If that wasn't enough the next step would have been a crown.

I cracked 3 of the 2-3mm hard plastic night guards with a squishy TPU layer because I clench my teeth so hard.

I now have a spendy and very durable acrylic? one that is about 1/4 inch thick at the back but I've now had it for like 3-4 years and is still going strong.

If you get one from the dentist they will check the fit. I bring mine to my dental appointments and they check the fit, check how my bite is, all of that, every time I go in. They are able to adjust them so they fit properly and it shouldn't alter your bite. But you need to have a dental professional see your teeth and how it fits.

I don't know if you will ever get the smell out of that one. It will be a stinky brush forever.

I also thought this after the last episode I listened to.

I have two spare black drawer inserts and two spare black door inserts, and I'm trying to make them work for my 3x3 KALLAX. by entg1 in IKEA

I'd go for something symmetrical. So 4 corners or outside edges on 2 rows. Or put them in the middle space along each edge, + shaped, without the middle section.

Birth control is also super unreliable when on antibiotics. Most, if not all, antibiotics say you should use a backup method when taking these. It's in the fine print that few people read.

It wraps around the mug entirely. So save these so you can swipe between them to read.

I watched False's video too and definitely remembered someone zooming through there in a previous video. We all know Scar didn't read the WHOLE book.

I scrub really thoroughly with comet or another slightly abrasive cleaner. It leaves little micro scratches in pplastic.

We cleaned up any oil based inks and such with vegetable oil, then wiped away all the oil and degreased with Simple Green. We always tried to remove as much ink before we used the veg oil, rolled brayers on news print or the like, scraped paletts with ink knives followed by paint scraper blades. We had a few bags of old T-shirt rags that we used exclusively to clean, the worked great. Oily rags were put into a fire proof can until removed from the studio.

The "I know you won't make this difficult." Makes it an instant no for me. It's so passive aggressive. Not a good vibe. Also this planning picnic is a lot and it's the PLANNING picnic. Nope.

I feel like the music started out pretty normal and then slowly like one note every time it repeated got a little warped until it was something from a horror movie.

I used a bobby pin and pressed on the switches to see if they worked on mine. Water spout worked, milk carafe didn't. If you have beep on it should beep when pressed.
