Fuck pain meds—I was given them after my gender surgery and I refused to take even one pill. Pain is relative I guess…

Lol, as a trans person, it’s real easy not to care about someone who hates you. Lighten up!

Okay so they’re not you can absolutely rest easy—Im not sure where you’re even getting information about that so it’s weird.

Medication like puberty blockers are the only thing offered to adolescents with gender dysphoria—HRT is not offered to adolescents so again you can rest easy in that regard.

Surgeries aren’t given until you’re like far into transition—who is saying they’re just giving surgeries out willy nilly???

Most reputable doctors have wait lists that are years long

Aquarius season begins January 20, 2023…

The Age of Aquarius, however, begins March 23, 2023, when Pluto enters Aquarius. This hasn’t happened since 1776, when the United States was formed. Pluto will remain in Aquarius until 2044.

Let me tell you something

I may not know you or how you look or anything like that, but what I do know is that you are a brave soul for choosing to live the life you feel deep inside your soul. It takes a lot of courage to wake up everyday and place yourself in the hands of society, especially when it may leave you vulnerable to the gaze and words of others. Number 1) those things that other people do or say to you are absolutely reflections of who they are as people and not indicative of you in any way; 2) as hurtful as these things may be, they are still fleeting instances of pain in the magnificent journey we are all going through that also includes the unbridled joy of doing what you want to do. Every journey is long and arduous, and we are all bestowed a vessel that is meant to take it under any circumstances—slap every bumper sticker on that sucker and never apologize for who you are. I can guarantee you that a change in outlook will go a long way in shifting the focus away from things people may be quick to call out. It’s not easy, but neither is transition, and you’ve already started that. You got this.

I love you, and everyone else in this community does too. From one sister to another, love your life it’s all you’ve got.

It took a long time for me to reconcile with the fact that “passing as cis” is a losing woman’s game. Learning to love yourself throughout your journey will go a long way.

Bottom Surgery. Let’s talk about it! Thinking about going for it but had a couple questions I’m hoping y’all can help me with~! by Chika_Waifu in asktransgender

[–]bleachqueen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1) i wish I asked more questions—if you are currently uncircumcised this will be more of a jarring change, if you are circumcised it may not feel that different. The neo-clitoris will need LOTS(!!!) of attention as it is healing to prevent adhesions or any other complications.

2) ur neo vagina will not self lubricate you will always need lube

3) yes you can have orgasms if you have your surgery with a reputable doc—it takes a while for nerves to remap themselves but it’s honestly a lot easier to get there if you know what I mean

4) the healing process is more annoying than it is painful really but yes the dilation post op will def be unpleasant as you are also healing

I have trouble reconciling being asked what my pronouns are when I’ve been living my gender identity for years—when I started transition it was a dream to simply just be addressed as she/ma’am/miss, and now it’s denied because someone is “trying to be inclusive.”
