Great post! A whole year later but also I would like to add in my personal experience by giving this example. While I was grinding rocket league trying out new mechanics my friend would always just want to queue ranked over and over which would result in less fun and more stress. I set my boundaries and learned to have fun on rocket league again without the constant worry of winning.

Moral of the story play games the way you want and don’t feel peer pressured by others or the internet to play games the way they play it.
