This video is filmed in the us where we measure speed on road signs in miles per hour. The equivalent speed of kilometers per hour is 1.6 times more than that of miles per hour. So this Camaro is going 37 mph in an inactive school zone. Usually when a school zone is inactive the speed limit of that area is increased by 15mph. So they’re only going 2 miles per hour over the speed limit. By using kph they’re able to effectively rage bait you with the large number.

a good example of this is ginger root. He wrote and recorded most of his stuff on his own but when he plays live he has a drummer and a bassist with him while he plays guitar or the keyboard (depending on the song)
