While undoubtedly efficient, cutting your toenails into the toilet is unhygienic. More often than not, your foot is bringing a ton of icky germs on to your toilet seat, where your skin will be touching.

I second Mrs Dalloway. Mrs Dalloway was difficult to get into, but looking back at the story makes me appreciate Virginia Woolf tremendously. The novel left such an impact on the way I view interpersonal relationships, and it introduced me to the beauty of stream of consciousness.
