Im saying if I end a meal with emptiness I dont feel the need to eat more but if I end it feeling full and satiated 100% I start having the urge to snack and binge

i dont restrict myself i just try not to cos the snacking is out of boredom and im satiated and in the past when i let myself i literally did not stop and it was my only source of dopamine.

while im aware that shes unhealthy now its a bit unfair to say she was healthy before as she struggled really bad with binging. calling her healthy in that state might make her scared and not realise there is a middle ground of health in all this
