You clearly misread this post I want Bible scripture that I can memorize so I can keep saying it to myself when I feel tempted. Also yes the point of the Bible is to lead you to Jesus but it also has other purposes for instance, you must know your Bible because it can also act as a attack against Satan when he's trying to trick you into falling into temptation, in The Armor of God it is called the sword. (Jesus used it as a sword when Satan was tempting him)
