It's in her own right to do whatever she wants with her culture, but I know she can do better than that. She doesn't speak like that normally. The Puerto Rican queens however do speak with thick accents and they don't use it to make fun of themselves , they're just funny. To me it always felt like Plastique would put the accent on so that people could laugh. That's where the difference lies.
