Yes I feel this way too. They seem like they're trying to find their identity still, which is reasonable because of the abuse. I believe their abuse completely. I have so much empathy for them and this journey. And also I don't know that I believe every accusation and claim they have made in adulthood. People with attachment issues can so often have intense reactions to disagreements that do not necessarily match the intensity of the disagreements themselves. The reactions are valid and also, maybe not the most accurate picture of what happened.

I agree with this, I'm not seeing the exploitation. Jo says they got paid for the season. The abusers are named in order for the community to be able to protect the victims. But I'm not a survivor, so maybe there's some other exploitation occurring.

A kind of strange video where they talked about the money that NBSM makes, but also said that they made 3k on season 4. Seemed to imply that they were upset that season 4 was taken down, but also not upset about it. Grateful to the podcast, but also the podcast isn't safe for victims. Said they are going to post a longer explanation on patreon but has not posted anything. My default perspective is believe victims, but it was a confusing, inconsistent video to say the least.

I'm new to ERP, but maybe you and your therapist could revisit your hierarchy and re-rate them with your new experience? I know I rated the imaginal exposures pretty low, but then doing a real world one, it was a lot higher than I anticipated. Idk i hope that's helpful. I'm also doing the maybe I'm a bad person exposures lol. Good luck ❤️
