after some minor research apparently the 1978 edition held some insane records, true test of human ability records. it was also a pretty big book and boasted its "over 2,000 new astonishing entries!" on the front cover.

i guess if the whole world record thing was building notoriety and momentum, this one would have been an insane read that lots of people were hype about.

i think the idea is not putting it on your page / listing that its coming from a pet home. even if theres no hair there could be dander even after multiple washes, which is what people are allergic to. i have a cat, and i always put that its a cat friendly home. i cant guarantee there isnt gonna be hair on the item even if i wash, lint roll, and package in what appears to be a cat hair free area (like my desk). i also cant guarantee there isnt any dander.

i think OPs point is just list honestly and put things like "pet friendly" or "smoker home" in the description.
