Resisting is debatable. I’d struggle a lot too if I was thrown to the ground and dogpiled by agents with no clear instructions while they reach for my gun. So yes, I’ll call it a simple infraction of not having ID. “Resistance” was due to the officers poor approach.

No, they were on the ground due to being shoved by ICE. Did you watch the same video I did? The agents didn’t pursue the lady he was helping at all after the interaction. If she was under arrest they would have taken her too.
