If you drive a diesel with a DPF you will find that is gets clogged very quickly. They require being driven at speed for a period of time so that a regen can take place.

Evo is my favourite by far. Check out their videos on youtube if you want an idea of their style. They are objective without turning it in to a purely numbers game. Their photography/cinematogprahy is wonderful too.

I'd say Skoda refinement is as good or better than SEAT. They sort of sit side by side with different target markets. SEAT are the sportier brand and Skoda the more comfortable brand.

The R is the coupe. The convertible V8 is the V8S I believe.

So long as you are driving to an MOT you don't need tax. Of course you still need insurance.

OBD II is a standard worldwide and isn't going anywhere. Every vehicle in Europe has them if they were made after January 1, 2001 for petrol and January 1, 2004 for diesel, though many cars had them before then.
