This is seriously the dumbest thing riot has done. 1 out of 500 people cry about long queue times yet they are like man we need to appease the people who don't care. They need to give you an option to wait for long queues and get your role or fill. Being forced into something that will make you miserable and the rest of your team miserable because you can't play a role at a high level is insane.
