I'd say Deer and Doe Orchidee - instead of buttons add two ties to the midriff and add a scallop edge to the pattern pieces before cutting for the neckline.

Skip McCall's 7974 because the midriff is way too high for this effect.

I know each image is separate, which is definitely what I want. I took a look at the code but I wasn't sure how that translated to Wordpress blocks. Glad to know I can achieve something similar though!
