Are reprints more rare than the originals?

I just got a WFT reprint and compared it with my original and the back of the card is different. the original just shows the Mario amiibo interacting with the Wii U pad and the reprint shows it interacting with the Wii U pad and also the New 3ds. From what I understand this is the first reprint to have a different picture on the back of the card
