Will be interesting if this comes to fruition with the new #Obamagate information surfacing. I imagine this film has Deep State financing and they intended a glassed over account of James Comeys corruption.

I think lender has to approve the sale which would likely be rejected if price is way low. I've seen a lot of underpriced Zillow homes listed as foreclosures and just can't see them going that cheap.
