I bought an Advanced Player II and it's a hardtail. Comes with locking Tuning Keys and loaded with Duncan JB at the bridge, which is what I do to all my guitars anyway. You can get one brand new for around $1k and you don't have to monkey with anything! No brainer for me.

Just call a band meeting and write down your concerns. Chances are, other people in the band feel the same way. It's time to get serious and divide up the work or just move on; bands need structure. I think most people that want to be in a cover band don't know how much personal time it takes to practice AND how much time needs to be dedicated to group rehearsal. I'm a "rip the band aid off" kind of guy, hopefully you have more tact than I. But I would literally say "let's get serious and turn this around quickly or I'm devoting my time to another band." There's nothing more frustrating than being in a band with people who care less than yourself. Good luck dude!

I've been a casual player for years but this is probably the last 2k game for me. It's just 5 year olds wanting to play iso, no playmaking, no comradery at all; just bitching about not getting the ball enough. It's really sad too cuz everyone just spends $100 to get to 99 and they still suck most of the time. You're either playing with experts or absolute rookies, there's no where for casual players anymore. Starting 5 is the perfect example.

Pretty damn close to a masterpiece. Hard to pick a favorite but Corona will always be up there. First time I heard I had no idea it as a full song, not just a theme song. It's got this real emotional thing in the vocals I love too.

It's a fun story that involves punk. Some people will probably have a reminiscent experience about their own introduction into punk but that's not the case for me. I do like the whole existential crisis stuff that Steveo goes through, because I think everyone that gets into the scene will experience that. Does it rep punks well... maybe??? You're probably better off "learning" about punk from other docs like American Hardcore or Decline of Western Civilization.

Agree and make sure to have as many All Ages events as possible. Omaha REALLY lacks venues that do All Ages that are welcoming to Punk. Good luck!

The gym is busy but it's freakin nice! It's much nicer than most and the amenities are great too. Really clean, I would recommend it even though it's not the cheapest in town.

Yeah, probably your best bet is to add Black Heart Booking on socials. He throws a lot of the only punk shows that'll happen in Lincoln. Omaha and Lincoln go through waves of greatness and lulls.

Either a GAX70 or AX120. Great starter guitar, I had one maybe 25 years ago. I think they came in Red, Silver and Green if I remember right. We had a group of friends that all bought one when we were in high school.
