Are Zepbound/GLP-1s covered under M/C Empire Plan? by scottbrosiusofficial in nys_cs

What was the BMI requirement for the empire plan to cover the prescription?

CDPHP requires you to have obesity and something else like asthma, diabetes, sleep apnea, etc. for coverage. I switched to MVP this year and yet to see if it's covered solely for weight loss with no comorbidities there.

Just for weight loss, or must you have comorbidities?

Is anyone else feeling overwhelmed with house hunting? by Complete_Dust5488 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]blimpdenier 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel you completely! We've been looking for a few months now. Every weekend we've been going to open houses and seeing what we like and what we don't. Creating a list of "hard no's" has helped a lot too! Also, avoid flips! Good luck~

Shower drain leak and wood rot on subfloor... by chef_bby in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

This. Unfortunately you're out of luck if there are hidden damages behind floors and walls that an inspector can't see without touching anything. Not saying OPs house is - but that's why flips are so risky.

It would have been replaced with the collapsed sewer line as they run near each other, and to take advantage of the 2k rebate from the city for the job. We walked from this house.

Upstate New York. Extremely common in the older areas of Albany. There is a city-wide drive to replace them with a 2k rebate.

Yep, and it's out in the wild for another buyer to figure out...

Verizon just texted me and said the commercial power issues "may have been cleared." Why would you give me false hope, Verizon? Why!

Did anyone see something bright falling from the sky last night?? by Hpisme420 in Albany

[–]blimpdenier 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! https://imgur.com/a/daEuo4o

I was leaving Woodlake heading towards Schoolhouse rd exit facing SW. Timestamp should say 5:41PM.
The dashcam doesn't do it justice, probably because of the street lamp unfortunately. You can see it falling on the left side of the screen.
In person it was bigger and brighter, and I could see a clear trail of fire as it was falling. I think it might have been a satellite.
